Frank A. Robino, Jr. is an icon of the Delaware home building industry. It was his drive and determination that gave birth to the company that would become Delaware’s largest homebuilder. His vision of affordable homes and planned communities transformed the housing landscape in Delaware.

During his lifetime, Frank A. Robino, Jr. helped thousands of families claim the American dream of home ownership. He understood that a home is the most important purchase most people ever make, so he built his reputation offering the finest quality homes at the best possible price. One of his greatest joys was helping a young family buy their first home.

Frank A. Robino, Jr. was also known for his honesty and integrity. His handshake was his word and his bond. Homebuyers trusted Frank Robino, and he never let them down.

Paul Robino
Managing Member

Paul Robino has been a part of the company for more than three decades. He earned degrees in construction management and architecture from Syracuse University and applies those skills to Frank Robino Companies in product development. Voted Delaware’s Builder of the Year in 1994, he is excited to carry on his father’s legacy.

Michael Stortini
Managing Member

As Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee at Robino Stortini Holdings, Michael Stortini provides the overall operational and technical leadership. In this role for Frank Robino Companies, he is responsible for managing the development of investment strategies and decisions, as well as overseeing the selection and review of all U.S. Capital Market Investments.

Jack Corrozi

After the briefest of retirements, visionary builder Jack Corrozi is back doing what he loves: the design and construction of upscale homes for the next generation. His first job after making a career change in 1973 was under the tutelage of company founder Frank A. Robino, Jr. Three years later he founded Corrozi Homes, Inc., and began to make a reputation for himself building upscale homes in the Pike Creek and Hockessin areas. Now with this new partnership with Frank Robino Companies, Jack Corrozi is certain to bring exciting times to new homebuyers up and down the state.

Mark Robino
Managing Member

Mark Robino has spent much of his career working side-by-side with his father, founder Frank A. Robino, Jr. He is responsible for construction administration in all aspects of the firm. Mark works diligently to ensure that his father’s values and traditions are carried out in each home built with the Robino name.

Philip Robino
Marketing Manager

Upon graduating from Syracuse University, Philip joined the companies bringing his knowledge of computers and technology to help the company utilize the power of the Internet to reach the homebuyers of the 21st century.  Philip is proud to be part of the 3rd generation of the family business and to be a part of its continued success.

More than half a century has passed since Frank Robino built his first home in the Wilmington area after returning home from serving the U.S. Navy in World War II. During that time, many soldiers were returning home to anxious spouses, wanting to begin anew and start families. Robino recognized that homes would be in great demand, so he starting building.

The momentum that would make him Delaware’s leading homebuilder began in northern Delaware. In 1955 he built his first planned community of 200 homes. Robino took great pride in building homes. He was not only providing people with an affordable place to live and a lifetime investment, but he was also a part of someone’s American dream.

During the 1960s, as Dover’s growth accelerated, Robino recognized the growing need for affordable, quality homes in the area. Soon after, his communities began to spread rapidly. Before the 1970s came to a close, he became known as the “man who built Dover.” 

In the 1990s, he expanded, yet again, to Sussex County after recognizing the growing market for second-home buyers and retirees in the Rehoboth Beach area.  Robino built an array of planned communities differing in style and design in the beach area.

Frank Robino never changed his work ethic in all his years of business. Integrity and honesty were what made him unique in the home building industry; his word and his handshake were as solid as a rock. As it was then, and is still practiced today by Frank Robino Companies, LLC, all homebuyers are treated with the utmost courtesy and are ensured that their future home will be built with quality, care and precision.

In addition to continuing the company’s long-term expansion, Frank Robino Companies, LLC Inc. is poised to embark on more bold endeavors, keeping with the same visions of our founder, Frank A. Robino, Jr, that have made our firm the thriving success it is today.

We are currently in the process of designing communities in all three Delaware counties, as well as areas in Pennsylvania.  Future projects will be imaginative and inventive, and in the ensuing years, homebuyers are certain to see the Frank Robino name more frequently than ever.
